Have you ever found yourself searching for Joy?

We get caught up in searching for joy and sometimes find ourselves feeling anxious and under stress…

Why is that?… Because the actions and choices around us drive us to either choose joy or choose stress.

An action to help us find joy more often is to, journal. Journaling allows our actions and choices to be heard and our joys to be found.

Are you up for a challenge finding Joy?…. If yes, try this…

  1. Write down 10 things that make you happy
  2. Check your list for at least 5 things you enjoy now
  3. Do at least those 5 for the rest of the week!
  4. At the end of the week, ask yourself… “Did I find Joy this week?”
