Relieve tension, pain and restore balance to the body

Massage therapy and chiropractic care go hand-in-hand. That’s why we love having an amazing therapist in-house at our Wellness Center in Malia. Not only has she got stacks of experience, but she is passionate about “wellness” and best of all – patients love her. Her specialities include Sports Massage, Deep Tissue Massage and Trigger Point Therapy as well as Myofascial Unwinding and CranialSacral Therapy.

Who Needs Massage Therapy?

Who doesn’t!? White Bear Lake and the surrounding areas are full of active people and young families which means you may be one of the many people training for a triathlon or recovering from your first fitness event in a long time. Or maybe you’ve just welcomed a new member to your family…there’s plenty of good reasons why your body may be feeling the strain and in need of a helping hand to recover.

If you are keen on improving your long term health, staying free from injury and increasing energy levels then you’ll really enjoy working with Malia.
